Strata is an 85-unit apartment building in Bend, Oregon. This building rests on a stepped foundation, where half of the structure is supported by a post-tensioned concrete deck, strategically placed over geo-piers due to varying soil conditions across the footprint. The project features a blend of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, including work-from-home pods, a TV lounge, and a fire pit.
