CS is building the Sisters Woodlands development, a 35-acre master-planned development on the former Forest Service property. The scope of our work includes the new construction of single-family cottages and townhomes. A significant component of this project is the site work, which requires the careful preservation of hundreds of old-growth trees. In addition to the residential units, we will be constructing several mixed-use commercial buildings and an interactive marketplace, integrating ten park areas and public amenities throughout the site to complete the community infrastructure.
