The 9,000 SF custom home features a 4-car garage, a 2-bay side-by-side/UTV garage, and amenities such as a geothermal heating system, wine cellar, pool and spa, pool house, and outdoor kitchen. The project scope included all infrastructure – public power installation, full septic system, wells, wildfire suppression cisterns, an emergency generator, private roads, and 10 miles of recreational trails.
